Shallot

Ginger

Vinegar

Pork ribs

Crystal sugar

Cooking wine

Soy sauce

Star anise

How - to - do


1. Clean pork ribs with water

2. Pour the water into the pot and boil the water. Then Pour the ribs into boiling water until the water boiling again. Take out the pork ribs

3. Pour oil and crystal sugar into the pot

4. Cook until the sugar starts to caramelize

5. Add the pork ribs and continue stirring for about 2 minutes

6. Pour cooking wine, soy sauce, rock sugar, vinegar, and ginger

7. Pour hot water, star anise, and shallots. Then cook for 40 minutes

8. Take the cover from the pan after 40 minutes. Uncover and cook for 10 minutes
